We have fears,apprehensions to overcome
In the dark recesses of our complex brains.
Scary, invading our dreams at dead of night
Taking over, depriving us of restful slumber.

Fright and horror consumes our restful minds
shivering,shaking,numb as terror takes hold.
What-ever the cause, it can be resolved, beaten.
Discuss demons, face them in turn one by one.

Change nightmares into honey-filled dreams.
Once fear has subsided the sun will reappear.
It will shine bright;fading all shades of grey
Leaving you to re-awake your postponed life
In a more creative, carefree, fun loving way.
