Spread like a wildfire
A disease
That inhabits
Anyone who dares stand near
Lips that spew the virus
It will destroy
The toughest of defences
And surrounds the heart
With shadows
Which cast guilt
Upon the soul
Slowly eating away
Until nothing is left…
