Bye Bye Butterfly

Bye bye little butterfly
Fly away and soar to the sky
When the flowers bloom, and when the clouds don’t cry
Flutter your wings and do come by
Be near my heart again, and make me smile

When I first saw you
You were so alone
You look so sad and blue
But give up, you won’t
You were so small and light,
almost out of sight
But you glowed so bright
like love at first sight

Bye bye little Butterfly
Now that the land is dry and the wind sighs
away you may fly, up so high
Still I love you little butterfly
Come by again, and make me smile
