A Lovely Dilemma

A simple declaration of love
Alone and stagnant
Your cesspool of misguided affection
Has become somewhat foul

A simple need for company
Branching and desperate
These roots of prolonged loneliness
Are no longer fickle

A simple cry for merging
Flavored with ambivalence
Your recipe for disaster
Has become cliche

A simple insist for quiet
Ignored and despised
Your heart has been unearthed
And your requests will go unnoticed

  1. I apologize, it is late. What I meant to say is….

I’m not sure exactly what you meant by “go inside.”
